The Epineuil comes from the Pinot Noir grape. This red wine this remark in particular by its lightweight structure.
Deep ruby red that can surprise with such an intensity for a Pinot Noir from the North of Burgundy. This intensity also shines trough from the first nose with hints of smokiness giving in the fruity richness of small red berries. After a few seconds of aeration more powerful aromas of black fruits appear. More than hints of red fruits and black berries the refreshing mouth brings a true depth with liquorice and prunes touches. You will remenber the perfect balance between a gentle freshness and aromatic richness that make a Bourgogne Epineuil that is both tense and tender, rich and delicate, elegant and intense.
