It is a wine ready to drink young. It is pleasant, fruity, light and lively.
An eye that is a touch more intense that what could be expected from a standard Petit Chablis. The first nose already is mesmerising. It proudly shows a fruity intensity taking over more delicate floral notes. Aeration will bring on notes of peach and white flesh fruits. Then a sublte hint of fresh almond gently appears as to balance the experience. On the palate you will come back to this fruity, straight and well defined structure that never is agressive. The freshness is beautiful managed, balance is perfect, it is quite simply pleasureful.
Our culinary advice
It will give very well with snails and shellfish.
