It is a wine of great clarity, fruity in its youth. Its aromas and flavors are developing repidly and flourish within 3 years with balance.
The golden straw colour will catch your eye. From the first nose forward the ripe pear and white flesh fruits aromas invade your senses still leaving subtle lime-tree scents shine through. The second nose confirms both the richness and freshness of fruits that have just fallen off the tree. The mouth follows the same juicy path evolving towards a tense and crisp finale just to remind you that you are indeed in Chablis. The mouthwatering fruit reminds you of the sun, of beautiful fully ripe grapes and of the limestone sensation that lingers on for another few seconds.
