Our tasting

Intense straw yellow eye. The nose is rich and full but is also letting thru pure notes of a salty minerality not unlike crushed seashells aromas. It really is a rather ripe and even opulent fruit backbone that is blanketing your sensations into ample and powerful white and yellow flesh fruits aromas. The palate confirms those impressions by bringing extremely rich flavours, a ripe and juicy fruit that reminds flavours of apricots. This Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons transports you to a world of immense charm where we could even speack of "gourmandise".

Our culinary advice

It comes with the shellfish and seafood.
