Full and elegant, it develops its floral appearance, with notes of violets. Fruity youth, he blossomed with age.
Between fruit and minerality, floral hints of acasia seem to be working their way through a chalky bedrock on the first nose. Both intense and complex, notes of fresh pear and apple soak up subtle white flowers aromas with a bit of aeration. At first rich and round mouth tightens on the fine and elegant tension backing a beautiful minerality. Precise and defined, this Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons also offers a smoother side that seems to be blending in the moneral elegance of the great Wines of Chablis. It is indeed both mouthwatering and mesmerising.
