Sophisticated and elegant, a marked typicality of original hills, it is round, pleasant and subtle taste. It takes a rich aroma fragrance of fresh fruit and flowers.
Radiant eye between pale and straw yellow. At once the nose is guiding you towards a mineral and elegant atmosphere on a floral background with leafy hints. The notes of white flowers are straight, tense and precise. The clean, sharp and delicate mouthfel brings on sensations true to what citrus fruits would bring. The minerality keeps on coming back and is somehow making the tasting experience more complex and so more interesting. Time indeed reveals an over-wise hidden generosity that is somehow preserved by the Kimméridgien.
Our culinary advice
It comes with the foie gras, shellfish and poultry in creamy sauces.
