Sophisticated and elegant, a marked typicality of original hills, it is round, pleasant and subtle taste. It takes a rich aroma fragrance of fresh fruit and flowers.
More than roundness that would only embody simpler expressions this Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume is permeated by a silky captivating richness. The first nose is mesmerising blending fruitness into a floral and leafy aromatic depth. Aeration will have this wine fully show its potential as it needs time to reveal all its sides. You are so taken by ripe jam notes of fruits. The mouth follows the same path somehow softening the sometimes sharp personality of the Wines of Chablis. The finale reminds you of the origins of this wine and the Kimmeridgian that shows through each sip.
Our culinary advice
